Can you feel it?
That change in the air,
subtle differences at twilight,
the wheel is turning.
Once more we approach Lughnasadh the beginning of the harvest. A great time to reap the wonderful gifts of the summer. The enjoyment of warm days spent in the garden on vacation or elsewhere outdoors!
It is a holiday weekend here in Calgary, and as I prepare for the extra days off from work it makes me think how we all busy ourselves with doing things to occupy and fill our time. As Lughnasadh approaches I intend to spend time doing very little – just being and enjoying the gifts of my life.
